NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Kingston K-14 and Richwoods R-7 School Districts are seeking bids for the following categories for the 2023-2024 School Year.   (Fresh Milk, Fresh Bread, Fresh Produce, NOI, Meat/Meat Alt, Grain/Bread, Fruit Dry & Frozen, Vegetables Dry & Frozen, Sundry, Dairy/Dairy Alternatives, and, Paper/Chemical Supplies) Bidders are allowed to bid on individual categories. Sealed bids will be accepted until 8:00 am, on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.  Bids will be opened at 8:30 am on May 16, 2023, in the Kingston K-14 District Business Office.  Bidder must submit one (1) paper copy AND one (1) digital copy on a flash drive for analysis.  Award of the contract will be made at the meeting of the Board of Education at 6:30 p.m. on or before Thursday, May 25, 2023.  The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
